Iwaki MTFO Pump
Iwaki’s close coupled standard centrifugal pumps with open impeller
The MTFO series is characterized by its wide power range of up to 22kW. The open impeller also enables applications with a solids content of up to 30%. These pumps can be used in applications with very aggressive media and very high or low temperatures.
High Chemical resistance
- Metallic centrifugal magnet drive pumps
- Wide range of motor capacities, up to 22kW
- Pump materials offer excellent corrosion resistance
- Stainless steel is standard. Alloy20 and Hastelloy-C equivalent and other alloys available on request
- Magnetic drive is supported by the standard SiC bearing (SiC-D is optional)
- High efficiency and leak free design
- Easy to disassemble and reassemble
Increased damage prevention
SiC-D bearings can withstand accidental dry run for certain periods, a coefficient of friction 1/4 that of SiC and extremely hard surfaces minimise wear and prolong service life.
